Ivan Oberon

Ivan Oberon is the Co-Founder of Steadfast Capital, LLC,a company that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and portfolio growth of cash-flowing, turn-key investment properties.  It also focuses on the Investment opportunity of It’s Fund, which offers investors the opportunity to receive a preferred rate of return and equity ownership while securing the passive investments with equitable, profitable real estate.   Ivan is also a Certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer with the John Maxwell Team.  His passion is helping entrepreneurs, and others looking to take their lives to the next level, understand how to reach their full potential in their business, personal and financial lives in order to become better leaders.  In doing so, they learn how to continually increase their own value and therefore become more valuable to others.   Ivan’s journey into Real Estate Investing and Personal Development began in 2004.  The final catalyst, which ignited his passion to pursue this space and to help others do the same came through a renewed awareness in the aftermath of a devastating divorce.   Filled with purpose to provide for his two daughters and care for his now aging parents Ivan set off into entrepreneurship, Real Estate Investing, Leadership Training and continual Personal Development.   After just 4 months dedicated to the task at hand, Ivan raised over $500,000 in private capital and within 2 years he had completed dozens of real estate deals, backed by more than $2,000,000 in private capital.  He also helped more than 40 people begin their own journey, become more productive, learn how to become better leaders themselves, increase productivity and live their life more intentionally.   Ivan also offers the entrepreneurial world a strong 12-year insurance industry background and he received the Agent of Distinction award during his tenure. His achievements are fueled by his passion and focus on adding value to others first.   Ivan’s mentors include industry experts such as John Maxwell, Brendon Burchard and Tony Robins. He has been featured in Private Lender Magazine, Community Investor Magazine, Realty 411 Magazine and Today's Practice Magazine.   When not working on business development, Ivan enjoys spending time at the gym, personal travel and the outdoors, where he can be found hiking, mountain biking and camping.
